Aaron Hernandez appears to be holding a gun in grainy photos released in court documents (Shutdown Corner) Jul 25th 2013, 23:09 The Boston Globe tweeted out a couple of pictures of what appears to be former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, who is being held on charges of first-degree murder, holding a gun. The grainy photos were included in documents related to the case that were released in Attleboro District Court on Thursday. The Globe doesn't specifically say if the pictures were from June 17, the night Odin Lloyd was shot and killed. CBSBoston.com , which reported the pictures are from Hernandez's home and screenshots from his surveillance video, said one of the pictures was taken 10-15 minutes after Lloyd was killed. Prosecutors have said that there was surveillance video of Hernandez holding a gun at his house the night of Lloyd's killing.
