Genia managing knee injury, Australia coach Deans says Jun 30th 2013, 04:37 MELBOURNE (Reuters) - Australia scrumhalf Will Genia, man-of-the-match in the second test win over the British and Irish Lions, tweaked a knee injury at training two weeks ago and has been "managing it" throughout the series, Wallabies coach Robbie Deans said on Sunday.
