Superstorm Sandy relief tents closing on Staten Island Apr 23rd 2013, 23:07 The first and second floor of 37-year-old Colleen Deparsia's New Dorp beach home were washed out by Superstorm Sandy. Deparsia goes across the street every day to the Cedar Grove Community Hub to use a computer.
